House Alterations and Additions 2023

This project melds a romantic historic house and a personalised interior fabric. The buildings original footprint was retained whilst the entirety of the house was re-built with the exception of the front facade.

The scope included underpinning, new structure, slate roof, copper gutters and downpipes, cedar shingles, new external awnings and hardscaping by BWG. The specification and detailed installation of the highest quality natural materials including granite and European oak flooring, spotted gum ceilings & staircase and an American walnut wainscot attic level with a sunken lounge. Project for repeat client.
